The committed policy of Eastland Compounding is to manufacture rubber compounds RIGHT FIRST TIME. Every time we fail to achieve this goal the reasons for not right first time are analysed. By doing this we will thereby create a powerful tool to drive our desire to improve. To implement the policy of zero defects we will: - Commit to comply with the requirements of quality standards and customer requirements and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. - Provide a framework to establish and review quality objectives.
